• Go to Books > Entry Books > Debit Note.

• A 'Debit Note' window will appear.
• Feed date range as per the requirement.
• In 'Selected Ledger', the user will select 'Yes'.

• A 'Ledgers' window will appear.
• The user will select the ledger as per the requirement.

• A 'Debit Note Book' window will appear.
• The user will press 'Alt+P' key.

• A 'Printer Port' window will appear.
• The user will select the port as per the requirement.
• Click on 'Okay'.

• A 'Debit Note Book Printing' window will appear. 
• The user will select other filters as per the requirement.
• Click on 'View/ Print/Excel as per the requirement.
• Suppose select 'View.

After following the above steps, the user can view Party wise Debit Note in Marg Software.

1. Go to  Books  > All Ledgers.

2. A 'Ledger Accounts' window will appear. Press 'Enter' key on Selected Ledger.

3. A 'Ledger Display' window will appear. Feed date range. Click on 'Ledger' tab.

4. Selected party transaction window will appear. Press 'F6' key.

5. A 'Search' window will appear. In 'Voucher Type' select 'Debit Note' by drop down. Press 'Enter' key.

6. In next window user will Feed date range. Press 'Enter' key.

1. Go to Books > Entry Books > Debit Note.

2. A 'Debit Note' window will appear. Feed date range. Press 'PageDown' key.

3. A selected date Debit note book window will appear.Press 'F5' key.

4. A 'Filter' window will appear. Press 'F2' key for selected party. Select other options as per the requirement.

5. Now, click on 'Filter' tab.

6. In next window user will feed date range. Press 'Enter' key.
