• Go to Books > Entry Books > Journal Book.

• A 'Journal Book' window will appear.
• In ‘From’ and ‘To’ enter from which date to which date the user needs to view the Journal Book.
• Suppose enter '01-04-2018' and '31-03-2019'. Press 'Enter' key.
• In ‘Selected Ledger’ the user will select whether or not to view the Journal Book of a selected ledger.

Case 1. If the user select 'No'.

• A 'Journal Book' window will appear.

• The user will press 'Enter' key on any selected entry to view its further details.

Case 2. If the user select 'Yes'.

• A 'Ledgers' window will appear.
• The user will press 'Enter' key to select particular ledger as per the requirement.
• Suppose select ‘Ahuja Medicine Centre’.

• The user can view journal Book for selected ledger.

• The user will press 'Enter' key on any selected entry if the user needs to view its further details.

• Now the user will press 'Alt+P' key.

• A 'Printer Port' window will appear.
• Click on 'Okay'.

• A 'Journal Book Printing' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'View/Print/GUI View/GUI Print/Excel'.
• Suppose click on 'View'.

After following the above steps, the user can view Journal Book in Marg Software.
