In order to filter a voucher on the basis of group wise the user has to follow the certain steps:-

• Go Books >> Entry Books >> Day Book. Press Enter.

• The Day Book window will appear in which the user will enter the Date Range.

• Then press Enter key.

• Selected date all entries will appear in which the user will press the "F5" function key from the keyboard.

• A Filter window will appear in which the user will enter the Group Name.

Note: The user can also select the group from the group list by pressing F3 key.

• Then the user will set the below option to Whole Voucher and press enter.

• Again a Date Range window will appear in which the user will enter the date range and press enter.

By following the above steps the user can filter the voucher on the basis of group.
