In Marg Software, Day book is a record book where all the entries take place. With the help of the day book, any type of voucher entry can be viewed and modified as well. 

In order to view Day Book, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Firstly, Go to Books > Entry Books > Day Book.

• A 'Day Book' window will appear.

• a. From: Enter from which date the user needs to view the Day Book.
• b. To: Enter the date upto which date the user needs to view the Day Book.

• Suppose, enter '01-04-2018' and '31-03-2019'. Press enter key

• c. Selected Ledger: The user will select whether or not to view the Day Book of a selected ledger.

CASE -1 If the user selects ‘No’

• A 'Day Book' window will appear. Press enter on any selected entry. 

• The user can view its further details.

CASE-2 If the user selects ‘Yes’

• A 'Ledgers' window will appear. Select the party ledger.

• Suppose select ‘Ahuja Medicine Centre’. Press Enter.

• A 'Day Book' window will appear. Press enter on any selected entry.

• The user can view its further details.
