• Go to Books > Entry Books > Credit Note.

A 'Credit Note' window will appear.

1. From: Enter the date from which the Credit Note needs to be viewed.

2. To: Enter the date up-to which the Credit Note needs to be viewed.

3. Selected Ledger: If the user needs to view the Credit Note for selected ledger then select the option 'Yes' otherwise keep it as 'No'.

Suppose select 'No' and Press 'Enter' key.

• A 'Credit Note' window will appear. 

• The user will press 'Enter' key on selected entry which needs to be convert in PDF format.

• Click on 'Print Voucher'.

• A 'Report in Format' window will appear. 

• Click on 'PDF'.

• A 'Printer Port' window will appear.
• The user will select printer port from the drop down and then click on 'Okay'.

After following the above steps, the user can export Credit Note Voucher in PDF Format.
