• Firstly, Go to Masters > MARG Setups > Advanced Features > ERP Bridger-Export.

• A 'Marg ERP 9+ to ERP' window will appear.

• The user will now select ‘Method’.

• A 'Marg ERP 9+ to ERP Method' window will appear.

• In the Name field, the user will enter the name for the method.

• Suppose, enter ‘SALE’.

• An alert window will appear ‘Not found!Want to create?’, the user will click on ‘Yes’.

• In 'Default Type' ,the user will select 'Sale'.

• In 'Data From Line', the user will mention that in excel sheet data start from which line.

•  Suppose, mention ‘2’.

• The user will press 'PageDown' key.

• A 'Marg ERP 9+ to ERP' window will appear.

• The user will place check mark against ‘Sale/GST Outward’.

• Now keep pressing 'Down Arrow' key (↓) and then click on ‘Ok’ to save.

• An 'Export Method' window will appear. Press 'Enter'.

• A 'Font Variables' window will appear.

• The user will now search the heading to export in the Excel sheet.

•  Suppose, select ‘Bill Number’.

• The ‘Sno.’ will be automatically defined in the software.

• Similarly, the user will export all the other headings as per the requirement.
  

• Now press 'ESC' key to exit.

• Now the user will now go to Transactions > ERP Bridger > Export.

• An 'Export' window will appear.

• In ‘ERP Format’ the user can now view that the method that was created is displayed here.

• Now select that method i.e. ‘Sale-’

• Then in ‘Type’, the user will select the type ‘Invoice’ .

• Now the user will enter the date from which to upto which date bills needs to be exported.

• Now in ‘Export File’,the user will enter the path where to export the file.

• Suppose, enter ‘D:\export’.

• Click on 'Ok'.

• The user can now view that the excel file ‘Export’ is saved in the location specified.

After following the above steps, the user can export multiple sale bills in excel in Marg Software.
