Overview of ERP to ERP Order feature as a Retailer in Marg ERP Software

• Go to Transaction > ERP to ERP Order

• The user will select 'Register as Purchaser'.

• Enter the Registered Mobile Number and click on 'Generate OTP'.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

• Click on 'Ok' button.

• The user will enter the OTP and click on Verify button.

• Click on 'Submit' button.

• Now, the user can view Registration done successfully and click on 'Ok' button.

Process to Map Item in ERP to ERP Order in Marg ERP Software

• Go to Transaction > ERP to ERP Order.

• Click on 'Item Mapping' option.

• The user will select 'Bulk Upload for Auto Mapping' option.

• Click on 'Ok' button.

• The user can view 'Map Item'.

Process to Map Distributor for ERP to ERP Order in Marg ERP Software

• Go to Transaction > ERP to ERP Order.

• The user will click on 'Distributor Mapping' option.

• If the user wants to do manual mapping with the distributor, then click on the dropdown list.

• The user will select the party that needs to be mapped.
• Suppose select 'Hindustan Mills' and click on 'Map' button.

• Click on 'Ok' button.

Process to Place Manual Order through ERP to ERP in Marg ERP Software

• Go to Transaction > ERP to ERP Order

• The user will select 'Manual Reorder'.

• The user will search for the item name that needs to be ordered.
• Suppose search 'Neeri'.

• The user will enter the quantity that needs to be ordered.
• Suppose enter '5'.

• The user will click on '+' sign to add an item to the Cart.

• The user will click on 'Item in cart'.

• Go to Daily Reports > Daily Working > Re- order Management.

• In 'Supplier selection' option, the user will select 'ERP to ERP'.

• Click on 'Generate' button.

• The user will select the item which need to be ordered.
• Suppose select 'Crocin Plus' and click on 'Esc' button.

• The user will select 'ERP to ERP' Order option.

• The user can view the selected item will be shown in the cart.

• If the item is not added to the cart, then it will be displayed on the right side of the screen.
• Suppose 'Neeri Syp' is not added to the cart, then the user will click on it.

• The user will click on '+' sign to add an item to the Cart.
