This alert appears due to improper permissions of drive and files, To resolve this issue user needs To follow the below mentioned steps :-
1. Log in System with Administrator ID > Then press Right Click on Marg icon on Desktop > Click on Open File Location > File location will open > Then press Right Click on "Gsnsvc" File > Click on Run as Administrator > User Account Control window will appear > Click on "Yes".
2. After that press Right Click on Marg Icon on Desktop > Click on Run as Administrator > User Account Control window will appear > Click on"Yes".
After follow the above mentioned process Unable to register GSN File aleart will remove.
