If ' Modification Time Over ' alert appear at the time of Modifying & Deleting Sale Bill then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

If at the time of deleting sale invoice software shows an alert 'Modification time over' then this can easily be resolved:

In order to resolve this issue, the user needs to follow the given steps:

  • Firstly, Go to Masters > Password & Powers > Operator's. 

  • A 'Password & Authority' window will appear.
  • Select the user to make changes. Press 'Enter' key.

  • A 'Powers' window will appear in which the user will select ‘Search In All’.

  • A 'Powers' window will appear in which the user will search 'Modification Allowed' .
  • Now click on ‘Accept’.

  • A 'Modification Allowed' window will appear.
  • In 'Modification allowed up to' then user needs to remove the defined days.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key.

  • Again press 'ESC' key and then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

  • A 'Powers Change' POP-UP will appear and then the user will press 'ESC' key.

  • Press 'ESC' key and then click on ‘Yes’.

  • Now for Re- login the user will press 'Ctrl + U' key on the main screen.           

  • A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will enter the User ID and Password.

  • A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' Key.

After following the above steps, the user can delete the selected sale bill.

1. Go to Master > Passwords & Powers > Freez Data.

2. A 'Freez Data' window will appear > In 'Sale' the user will remove the No. of Days.

3. Click on 'Accept'.
