If ' Modification Time Over ' alert appear at the time of Modifying & Deleting Sale Bill then how to resolve it in Marg ERP Software ?

In Marg ERP Software, If at the time of deleting Sale invoice software shows an alert 'Modification time over' then this can be resolved easily.

In order to resolve this issue, the user needs to follow the given steps:

  • Go to Masters > Password & Powers > Operator's. 

  • The user will select the operator whose power needs to be changed.
  • Suppose select 'A' and press 'Enter' key.

  • The user will click on 'Search In All'.

  • The user will search 'Modification Allowed' and click on 'Accept' button.

  • In 'Modification allowed up to' then the user needs to remove defined days.

  • Press 'Esc' key.

  • Click on 'Yes' button.

  • The user will press 'Esc' key.

  • Click on 'Yes' button.

  • Now, for Re-login, the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key on the main screen. 

  • Enter the User ID and Password.

  • Press 'Esc' key.

After following the above steps, the user can delete the selected sale bill in Marg ERP Software.

1. Go to Master > Passwords & Powers > Freez Data.

2. A 'Freez Data' window will appear > In 'Sale' the user will remove the No. of Days.

3. Click on 'Accept'.
