How to fix an alert 'Cashier Received Payment' which appears while deleting sale challan in Marg Software ?

If at the time of Deleting Sale Challan Entry software display an alert of 'Cashier Received Payment' then this issue can be resolved.

In order to resolve an alert 'Cashier Received Payment', the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Firstly, Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.


  • A 'Control Room' window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘Search in all’.

  • A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Cashier'.
  • Now click on ‘Accept’.

  • A 'Cashier' window will appear.
  • In 'Cashier Management Y-Sales Bill C-Challan B-Both' option, the user will select 'N'.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

  • Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can easily Delete the Sale Challan.
