Home > Margerp > Error Queries > If 'Buffer Error' appears at the time of generating Report in Excel then how to resolve it in Marg Software?
In order to resolve 'Buffer Error', the user must follow the below mentioned steps:
1. The user needs to Disable Firewall.
2. The user needs to check Antivirus (Exclude Marg Folder from Antivirus).
3. The user needs to check the Security and Permissions which have been given to the folder or drive.
4. If the issue remains same then user needs to install the new setup of Marg and then Recover MST in New setup.
If after following the above steps, still 'Buffer Error' appears then the user will follow the below steps:
1. Right click on 'This PC' > Select 'Manage'.
2. Select 'Local Users and Groups' from the left side > Select 'Users' > Right click on 'Administrator' > Select 'Properties'.
3. An 'Administrator Properties' window will appear > Untick 'Account is Disabled' option.
4. Click on 'Apply' then 'Ok'.
5. Now user will Type 'Run' on windows.
6. Then search 'CMD' and press 'Enter' key .
7. The user will type 'SFC/SCANNOW'. Press 'Enter' key.
If after following above steps, again 'Buffer Error' appears, then user needs to Format the system.
Note: The user will Copy the Marg Folder in External Drive before formatting the System.
