If ' Error Run File Maintenance ' alert appear on Server Exe then how to resolve it in Marg ERP Software ?
Cause:
1. Data not Indexed properly in the software.
2. After the software update, the user hasn't opened the financial year (in the case of multiple companies or financial years).
3. Due to junk Data / System Security & Permission Issues.
Solution:
In order to resolve the alert of 'Error Run File Maintenance' on Server Exe, the user needs to follow the below steps:
- Firstly the user needs to Run File Maintenance in the financial year of the same Ext. for which an error is showing.
If the issue is still not resolved the user will follow the below steps.
1. If the issue is still not resolved the user needs to Delete CDX Files from Marg Folder.
2. Exclude Marg folder from the antivirus.
3. The user also needs to check the Security and Permissions of the folder or drive in which Marg Software has been Saved.
4. The user needs to Delete Temporary Files.
