How to resolve error of ' DL No / Reg No not Available ' which appears while Billing in Marg Software ?

In Marg ERP Software, if at the time of billing an error displays 'D.L. No. not available' then this issue can be resolved:

 Firstly, the user can enter the D.L. No. of  billing party. If the user don't need to feed D.L. No. then the user will follow the below steps to disable the above alert:

  • Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room.

  • A 'Control Room' window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘Search in All’.

  • A 'Controls window will appear in which the user will search 'DL Required'.
  • Click on ‘Accept’.

  • A 'DL Required' window will appear.
  • In Drug & Food Licence Required' option, the user will select 'N'.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

  • Then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the error of 'D.L. No. not Available' will not appear at the time of billing in Marg Software.
