In Marg ERP Software, if Barcode not found alert appears while billing, then user can resolve this issue easily.
In order to resolve barcode not found alert, the user needs to follow the given steps:
After following the above steps, the user can view that while billing software will not show 'Barcode not found' alert in Marg ERP Software.
1. Go to Masters > MargSetup > Control Room
2. A 'Control Room' window will appear. Select ‘Search in All’.
3. Then user will Search 'Barcode' then click on ‘Accept’.
4. A 'Barcode' window will appear. In ‘Search Item Name only if Y-First Chr=+ O-Only B.Code X-Search’ set 'X'.
5. The user will now press 'ESC' key twice then click on ‘Yes’ to save changes.
Cause:
This Error Appears Due to Barcode Not Feeded In Item Master Or In Batch, the user needs to follow the Below Steps :
In Case of Master Wise Barcode
1. Go to Master > Inventory Master > Item Master.
2. An 'Items' window will appear > the user needs to press 'F3' key on selected item.
3. Now in 'Barcode', option the user needs to mention the barcode of the item.
4. Then press 'Ctrl+W' key to Save.
5. Then select 'Yes' to save.
In case of Batch Wise Barcode
1. Go to Master > Inventory Master > Item Master.
2. An 'Items' window will be appear , the user will press 'F4' key on selected item then Select 'Batch Details'.
3. A 'Batch Details' window will be appear and now in 'Barcode' option, the user needs to mention the barcode of the item.
4. Then press 'Ctrl+W' key for Save.
5.Then select 'Yes' to save.
