If an error of ' Billing on Rate-A not allowed It's used in Promotional Expenses ' display at the time of selecting Ledger in bill then how to resolve it in Marg Software?
If at the time of selecting ledger in bill software displays an error of 'Billing on Rate-A not allowed It's used in Promotional Expenses' then this issue can be resolved.
In order to resolve this issue, the user will follow the below steps:
- Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.
- A Control Room window will appear.
- The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.
- A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search “Promotional”.
- Now click on ‘Accept’.
- A 'Promotional' window will appear.
- In 'Auto charge Rate*Qty from customer for promotion on' option, the user will select 'N'.
- The user will now press Esc key twice.
- Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
After following the above steps, the user can select ledger as per the requirement.
