Cause

This error occurs due to permission issue in excel.

Solution

• Firstly, the user will open excel and click on the Menu button.

• Then click on 'Excel Options' button.

• Then click on 'Trust Center' option.

• Now, click on 'Trust Center Settings'.

• Thereafter the user will click on 'ActiveX Settings'.

• Then select the Radio button of 'Enable all controls without restrictions and without prompling'.

• After that click on 'Macro Settings' option.

• Select Radio button of 'Enable all macros'.

• Then click on 'Ok'.

• Next, select 'File Block Settings' and unselect all the options which has been selected on the window.

• After the unselecting all the options the user will click on 'Ok'.

Again click on the 'Ok'.

After following the above steps, the user needs to Re-start the system then generate report in excel.
