How to resolve error of 'You are in Que maximum 5 billing system define in setup' which is appearing while billing ?
In order to resolve this error, the user needs to follow the below steps:
- Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.
- A Control Room window will appear.
- The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.
- A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search “Maximum”.
- Click on ‘Accept’.
- A Maximum window will appear.
- In 'Maximum Number of Billing Users / Systems' option, the user will increase number of billing user according to the requirement.
- The user will now press Esc key twice.
- Then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
After following the above steps, the 'You are in que' error will be resolved.
