If Server File showing Un-Registered but Software is already Registered then how to resolve this issue in Marg Software?

Ans.1

Cause:

This issue appears due to some security & permission reasons.

In order to resolve this issue ,the user needs to follow below steps:-

  • Go to Desktop > Right click on Marg Icon > Click on Open File Location .

  • A 'Marg Folder' will be open.
  • The user will Right click on 'Server' file .
  • Then click on 'Run As Administrator'.

  • Now the 'Server File' will be open.
  • Then select server type 'Authorization,Backup and Services' as 'Yes' .
  • The user will press 'Enter' key.

  • Then press 'Pagedown' key. 

After following the above steps, the server file will not show alert of Unregistered.

Ans.2

1. Go to Masters > Marg Licencing > Download Licence.

2. A 'Marg ERP Alert' window will appear in which user will click on 'Yes' to download licence.

3. A 'Download Licence' window will appear. 

4. Then press 'Enter'.

Ans.3

1. Go to Desktop > Right click on Marg Icon > Click on Open File Location .

2. Marg folder will be open > Right click on 'gsnsvc' > Click on Run As Administrator.

After following the above steps user will run the Server.exe file.
