If ' Stop Billing for party' alert appears at the time of creating Cheque Dishonored Entry then how to resolve it in Marg Software?
In Marg Software, the user can easily resolve the alert of 'Stop Billing for this Party' which appears at the time of creating Cheque Dishonored Entry.
In order to resolve this alert, the user must follow the below mentioned steps:
- Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room.
- A 'Control Room' window will appear.
- The user will select ‘Search in all’.
- A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Stop Billing'.
- Now click on ‘Accept’
- A 'Stop Billing' window will appear
- In 'Change party status with Stop Billing for Cheque Dishonored ', the user will select 'A'.
- The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.
- Now click on ‘Yes’ to save changes.
After following the above steps, the user can view the disabled 'Stop Billing for this party' alert in Marg Software.
