In Marg Software, if at the time of Billing an alert of 'Last bill number ??' displays, then it cna be resolved easily.

In order to resolve the error of 'Last bill number ??', the user needs to follow the below  steps:

  • Go to Reports > Management Report > Utilities > Structure/Junk Verification >Junk Data Deletion.

  • An 'Attention Please Alert' window will appear.
  • The user will click on 'Ok'.

  • A 'Database Junk Deletion Utility' window will appear.
  • The user will type 'SURE'.

  • Now, the software will take backup before the completion of file maintenance process
  • Thereafter, the bill number will get corrected.

After following the above steps, the user can view the error of 'Last bill number ??' will get resolved.
