With the help of 'SMS/Mail to Retail Customers' option in Marg ERP Software, the user can directly send the Bulk SMS to Customers as per the requirement. The user can also send the attachment with the SMS.

For eg: We want to send a feedback message to the customers.

• In order to send messages in bulk, firstly the user needs to do SMS Setup in the software.

• Then go to Daily Reports > Fast Reports > SMS/Mail to Retail Customers.

A SMS/Mail to Retail customers window will appear with some options:

1. Schedule: In this option, the user will have to mention the date and time at which the user wants to send the message to the customers.

Suppose, mention "03-05-2021 19:30:00".

Note: The Time should be motioned in 24hrs.

2. Attachment: In this option, if the user wants to send an attachment with the message, then select 'Yes' and attachment for the same, otherwise select 'No'.

Suppose, select "No".

• Then click on 'SMS' button.

• Now a 'SMS Text' window will appear.

• Type the message you want to convey to your customers in the message box.

• Then click on 'Close' button.

• Thereafter an alert window of 'Sure Send' will appear.

• Click on 'Yes' in order to send SMS to the customers.

After following the above steps, the SMS will be sent to the customers on the scheduled date & time.
