• Go to Stocks > Filtered Stock.

• A 'Filtered Stock' window will appear .

• The user will feed the date upto which the stock needs to be viewed.

• In 'Stock Status', the user will select 'Whole'.

• The user will click on 'Accept'.

• A 'Closing Stock' window will appear.

• Now the user will press 'ALT+P' key to view/print the report.

• A 'Report' window will appear.

• The user will press 'Enter' key on 'Stock Statement M.Col'.

• An 'Index On' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Group Type'.

• A 'Based On' window will appear.

• The user will select the bases eg: Brand/Category/Group as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'Brand'.

• A 'Brand' window will appear.

• In 'Rack No. Length', the user will mention the length of the Rack No. and select other filters as per the requirement .

• Now, click on 'View/Print' as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'View'.

After following the above steps, the user can view Rack Number wise Stock Report in Marg Software.

1. Go to Stocks > Filtered Stock.Press 'Enter'.

2. A 'Filtered Stock' window will appear. In ‘Stock as On’, the user will enter the date until when to view the stock report.

3. In 'Stock status', select 'Whole'.

4. Then click on 'Accept'.

5. Press 'Alt+P'.

6. A 'Report' window will appear. Select 'Export to File'.

7. An 'Export To Excel' window will appear. Click on 'Excel' tab.
