Process to View Unit Wise Stock Report

OVERVIEW OF FILTER STOCK REPORT 

In Marg software the report for unit wise stock is found under “filtered” stock.

This report is used to view the filtered stock report with the help of different filtration and can further be exported in Excel as per the requirement.

PROCESS TO VIEW UNIT WISE STOCK REPORT

Firstly, Go to Stocks > Filtered Stock.

A Filtered stock window will appear.

The user will now feed date as per the requirement.

The user will set ‘Stock status’ as per the requirement.

  In ‘More Option’ the user will set“Yes”.

A More Options for Filtered Stock window will appear.

Now feed the First and Second Unit.

Now press “Page down key” to Exit from this window.

Then, click on “Accept”. 

The report ofFiltered Stock will appear.

Then press“Alt + P”.

A  Report window will appear

Select Stock Statement. Press Enter.

An Index On window will appear

Select“Group type”. Press Enter.

A Based on window will appear in which user will select option according to their requirement (I.e. on which basis the user wants to generate the report).

A Companywindow will appear.

In ‘Separate Printing’ set “No”. Press Enter.

Click on ‘View’ to view the report.  

The report of Unit wise Stock will be displayed.
