• Go to Stocks > Filtered Stock.

• A 'Filtered Stock' window will appear.

• In 'Stock As On' the user will feed date upto which the user needs to view report.

• In 'Report Batch Wise' the user will select 'Yes'.

• In 'Stock Status' the user will select 'Whole'  and select filters according to user requirement .

• Then click on 'Accept'.

• A 'Closing Stock' window will be appear.

• Now the user will press 'Alt+P' key .

• A 'Report' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Stock Statement M. Col.'

• An 'Index On' window will appear .

• Now the user will select 'Group Type'.

• A 'Based On' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Company'.

• A 'Company' window will appear.

• In 'Batch Length' mention '6' (Feed numbers according to batch size).

• In 'Batch Expiry' field,  the user will select 'Yes'.

• In 'Barcode Length' field, mention '10' (Feed numbers according to bar code size).

• Then click on View/print as per the requirement.

• Suppose click on 'View'.

After following the above steps, the stock report with item code, barcode, batch and expiry will be displayed in Marg Software.
