• Go toStocks > Filtered Stock.

• A 'Filtered Stock' window will appear.

• In 'Stock Status', the user will select 'Whole' and select other options as per the requirement.

• Click on 'Accept' to view report.      

• Then the user will press 'Alt+P' key.

• A 'Report' window will appear. 

• The user will select 'Stock Statement'.

• An 'Index on' window will appear in which user will select the index according to the requirement i.e. Group wise,Alphabetic etc then press 'Enter' key on it.

• A 'Based On' window will appear.

• The user will select the basis on which the report needs to be viewed.

• Suppose the user will select 'Company'.

• A 'Company window' will appear on which the user will select the options as per the requirement.
• Then select View/Print/Excel.

• Suppose select 'View'.

• Now, click on PDF icon which is showing bottom of the window.

• Now the user will click on 'PDF'.

• Thereafter, select printer port as per the requirement.

• Then click on 'Okay'.

After following the above steps, the Filtered Stock Report will get generated in PDF Format in Marg Software.
