With the help of Filtered Stock, the user can view the filtered stock report with the help of different filtration options available in Marg ERP Software. The user can customize and view the report in the most convenient manner. The Filtered Stock report can further be exported in excel format as per the user’s requirement.

In order to view Barcode wise stock Report, the user will follow the below steps:

• Go to Stocks > Filtered Stock.

• A 'Filtered Stock' window will appear.

• In 'Stock as on' option, the user will enter that date upto which date the stock report needs to be viewed.

• In 'Stock Status' option, the user will select 'Whole'.

• The user will click on 'Accept'.

• A 'Closing Stock' window will appear in which the user will press 'Alt+P' .

• A 'Report' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Stock Statement M.COL. Option'.

• An 'Index On' window will appear.

• The user will select the filter to index the Barcode wise stock report.

• Suppose select the 'Group Type' option.

• A 'Based On' window will appear .

• Select the 'Company'.

• A 'Company' window will appear.

• In 'Barcode Length' mention '6' (Feed numbers according to batch size) .

• Click on the 'View' tab.

After following the above steps, the user can view Barcode wise Stock Report in Marg Software

1. Go to Stock > Batch Stock.

2. The 'Batch' window will appear > Feed stock as on > In 'Stock status' set 'Whole' > Select other filter options as per the user requirement.

3. Then click on 'Accept'.

4. An 'Item List' window will appear > Press 'Alt+P' key.

5. In 'Report' window will appear > User will press 'Enter' key on Stock statement M.Col.

6. Then 'Index On' window will appear > Select report base on 'Company/Category/Salt' and then press 'Enter' key on it.

7. In next widow there is an option of 'Barcode length' set 'Define barcode length'.

8. Now, click on View/Print.
