In Marg Software, the user can view that the Current stock report of those items which are being hide for the user.

In order to view hide item stock, the user must follow the below mentioned steps:

• Go to Stock > Filtered Stock. 

• A 'Filtered Stock' window will appear.

• In 'Stock As On' option, the user will select till which date hide item stock report needs to be view.

• In 'Stock Status' option, the user will select 'Whole'.

• In 'More option', the user will select 'Yes'.

• A 'More Option For Filtered Stock' window will appear.

• In 'Hide Stock' option, the user will select 'Yes' and press 'ESC' key.

• Now, the user will click on 'Accept'.

• The 'Hide Item Stock' report will get displayed. Then press 'Alt+P' key.

• A 'Report' window will appear.

• The user will click on 'Stock Statement'.

• An 'Index On' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Group Type'.

• A 'Based On' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Company'.

• The user will keep pressing the 'Enter' key.

• Click on 'View/Print/Excel' as per the requirement.

• Suppose click on 'View'.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the Hide Item Stock Report will get displayed in Marg Software.
