• Go to Stock > Filtered Stock.

• A 'Filtered Stock' window will appear.

• In 'Stock Status', the user will select 'Whole' and in 'More Options' the user will select 'Yes'.

• A 'More Options For Filtered Stock' window will appear.

• In 'Prohibited Stock' option, the user will select 'Yes'. 

• Now press 'Ctrl+W' key to save the details.

• Click on 'Accept'.

• Now the user will press 'Alt+P' key to view or print the report.

• The user will click on 'Stock & Rates'

• Now the user will click on View/Print/Excel as per the requirement.

• Suppose click on 'View'.

After following the above steps, the prohibited item stock report will get generated.
