With the use of the Filtered Stock option in Marg ERP Software, the user can easily view the company wise stock report as per the requirement.

In order to view company wise stock report, please follow the below steps:

• Go to Stocks > Filtered Stock.

• A Filtered Stock window will appear.

• In ‘Stock as On’, the user will enter the date until when to view the company wise stock report.

• Now in 'Selected company' option, select "Yes".

• A Select company window will appear in which you will select the company as per the requirement.

Note : Single company can be selected by plus (+) or space bar key and multiple can be selected by Asterisk (*) key .

• Then press 'Enter' on it.

• In 'Stock status' option, select "Whole". 

• Then click on Accept.

• After following the above steps, the selected company's item will get filtered.

• Press 'Alt+P' on it.

• Thereafter, a Report window will appear.

• Select 'Stock Statement'.

• Now select 'Group Type'.

• Then select 'Company'.

• After that you will select the printing format as per the requirement.

• Suppose, select 'Separate'.

• Then select on 'View/Excel/Print' as per the requirement.

• Suppose, select 'View'.

After follow the above steps, the company wise stock report will get generated.
