• Firstly, Go to Stocks > Stock Valuation.

• A 'Stock Valuation' window will appear.
• In ‘Stock As On’, the user will enter the date till which the user needs to view the stock.
• In ‘Stock Status’, the user will select ‘Whole’.

• Now, in 'More options', the user will select 'Yes'.

• A 'More Options for Stock Valuation' window will appear.
• In 'With Free', the user will select 'No' then press 'PageDown' key.

• Then click on 'Accept'.

• Now, 'Stock Valuation' report will get displayed.
• The user will Press 'Alt+P' key.

• A 'Report' window will appear.
• The user will select 'Stock Statement'.

• An 'Index On' window will appear.
• The user will select index of the report according to the requirement.
• Suppose select 'Alphabatic'.

• In next window user will select Report type i.e. Separate or Summary from the drop down and press 'PageDown' key.

• Now, click on 'View/Print/Excel as per the requirement.
• Suppose select 'View'.

After following the above steps, the user can view Stock Valuation report without Free Item details in Marg Software.
