• Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Operator's.

• The user will select the operator to make desired changes.
• Suppose select '02' and press 'Enter' key.

• The user will click on 'Search In All' option.

• The user will search 'Trial' and click on 'Accept' button.

• In 'Trial Balance/Group Summary' option, the user will select 'N'.

• Press 'Esc' key.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

• A 'Powers Change' POP-UP will appear, in which the user will press 'Esc' key.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

• Now, for Re login the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key on the main screen. 

• Enter the User ID and Password.

• Press 'Esc' key.

After following the above steps, the user can view that while opening the Trial Balance Report, the software will show an alert 'You are not authorised' in Marg ERP Software.
