In Marg ERP Software, if at the time of uploading backup on google drive an error displays 'Fail to upload on CLOUD Drive, unable to copy file on path' then this issue can be resolved.

Cause

This error appears because the folder of Google Drive is not created by the user at the selected location.

Solution

In order to resolve this issue, the user needs to create Google drive folder in selected location with the same name which is mentioned on Backup window.

Suppose, our Backup path is "C:\Users\otm7\Google Drive".

Then the user will create "Google Drive" folder in this location by following the below steps:

• Firstly, Go to 'C' drive.

• Then select 'Users' and press Enter on it.

• Then, select "OTM7' and press Enter on it.

• Now, the user will Right click.

• Then, Go to New > Folder. 

• Enter folder name i.e. 'Google Drive' and press Enter on it.

• Now, the user can view the folder of Google drive has been created.

• After following the above steps, the Backup will be uploaded on google drive.
