If " File Not found " error appears while taking Financial Year Backup then how to resolve it in Marg ERP Software ?

Cause:

This issue appears due to wrong backup path defined in the financial year backup path. 

Solution:

The user needs to change the location of the backup path to resolve this error.

In Marg ERP Software, if the 'File Not Found' alert appears at the time of taking Financial Year Backup then this issue can easily be resolved.

In order to change path of Backup of financial year, the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Firstly, the user needs to press 'F10' key on this window.

  • The user will select the directory as per the requirement.
  • Suppose select 'MargBackup' folder in the 'D' Drive and click on 'Ok' button.

  • Now, keep pressing 'Enter' key to take backup.

After following the above steps, the user can view that Financial Year backup will occur without any error in Marg ERP Software.
