In Marg ERP Software, if at the time of Taking Backup of the Financial year an alert displays 'Not Authorised' then this issue can be resolved easily.

In order to resolve 'Not Authorised', the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Operator's.

• The user will select operator in which power needs to be changed.
• Suppose select 'A' and press 'Enter' key.

• The user will click on ‘Search In All’.

• The user will search 'Backup' and click on ‘Accept’ button.

• In ‘Backup of Financial Year’ option, the user will select ‘Y’.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key.

• Click on ‘Yes’ button.

• A 'Powers' Change Pop-Up will appear and then the user will press 'ESC' key.

• Click on ‘Yes’ button.

• Now for Re- login, the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key on the main screen.

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will enter the User ID and Password. 

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' key.

After following the above steps, the user can take Backup of Financial Year in Marg ERP Software.
