In Marg ERP Software, the user can take backup of their data in many ways (i.e. financial year backup, server backup, Imp backup, etc). The backup is used for the smooth working of an Organization, because it is mandatory to ensure that the Data remains Secure. There is also another feature relating to this that if customer has not taken the backup from many days then the software will indicate it at the time of open software but if the user wants to Increase the limit of indication then it can be done by following the below Steps:

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• The user will search 'Backup' and click on 'Accept' button.

• In 'Indicate If Backup not taken in Days' option, the user will mention the number of days (i.e In how many days the backup indication needs to be viewed).
• Suppose enter '5'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now, click on ‘Yes’ button to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can Increase the Days Limit For Backup Taken in Marg ERP Software.
