In Marg Software, if some Characters displays before Narration at the time of viewing Ledger Transaction Register then it can be resolved easily.

In order to remove Characters from Narration, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Use in Word'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Use in Word' window will appear.

• In 'Use word before Bill No. on Ledger Printing' option, the user can view some characters are being mentioned here.

• The user will select the Characters and remove them.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view Characters will get removed from Narration in Ledger Transaction Register.
