How to Stop Billing of Party whose Cheque has been Dishonoured in Marg Software ?

• Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Stop Billing'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’

• A 'Stop Billing' window will appear

• In 'Change party status with Stop Billing for Cheque Dishonored ', the user will select 'A'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save changes.

After following the above steps, billing will stop for the dishonoured cheque party.
