How to Add Character before Bill Number at the time of Ledger printing in Marg Software ?

• Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Voucher Entry'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Voucher Entry' window will appear.

• In 'Use word before Bill No. on Ledger Printing' option, the user will mention the character which needs to be added before the bill number.
  

• Suppose mention 'A'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the Software will add mentioned character before Bill Number at the time of Ledger printing in Marg Software .
