Cause:

This alert appears when the user enters a cheque number that has already been used for a previous payment.

In Marg ERP Software, the user can disable the Indication of 'Already Paid Press Down Arrow key to Accept' in Voucher Entry.

In order to resolve the issue, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Master > Marg Setup > Control Room. 

• The user will select the 'Search in All' option.

• The user will search 'Duplicate Cheque' and click on the ‘Accept’ button.

• In 'Indicate on Duplicate Cheque' option, the user will select 'N'.

• Press 'Esc' key.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

After following the above steps, the user can disable indication of 'Already Paid Press Down Arrow key to Accept' in Voucher Entry in Marg ERP Software.
