If Expenses ledger does not show while creating payment entry, then this issue can be resolved.

In order to resolve this issue, the user can use 'F7' function key on ledger window or for permanent solution please follow the below steps:

• A Control Room window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.

• A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search “Real”.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A Real window will appear.

• In 'Accounts Show 1-All 2-Real Parties (Debitors in Receipt & Creditors in Payment)', option the user will select '1'.

• The user will now press Esc key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save changes.

After following the above steps, the expenses ledger will get display while payment entry.

Cause

1. This issue appears due to data refreshing issue.

Solution

In order to resolve this issue user will press "F7" function key from the key board  on ledger window.
