How to Hide Ledger Balance on Billing window in Marg Software?
With the help of Marg Software, the user can set the software that it will not display the balances of ledger at the time of billing.
In order to disable it, the user needs to follow the given steps:
- Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room.
- A 'Control Room' window will appear.
- The user will select ‘Search in all’.
- A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Show Balance'.
- Now click on ‘Accept’.
- A 'Show Balance' window will appear.
- In 'Show Balance with Popup Screen for Y-Both/L-Ledger/S-Item/N-No' option, the user will select 'N'.
- The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.
- Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
After following the above steps, the ledger balance will get hide from the billing window in Marg Software.
