If 'Upload Outstanding' alert appears at the time of saving Bill then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

  • Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.


  • A 'Control Room' window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘Search in all’.

  • A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Margpay'.
  • Then click on ‘Accept’.

  • A 'Margpay' window will appear.
  • In 'MARGPAY pending payment effect on Credit Limit' option, the user will select 'N'.
  • In 'MARGPAY - Generate Payment Link & Default SMS for Cash Bills' options, the user will select 'N'.
  • In 'MARGPAY - Generate Payment Link & Default SMS for Credit Bills' options, the user will select 'N'.

  • The user will now press the 'ESC' key twice.

  • Then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the above steps, the user can view an alert of 'Upload Outstanding' will get Disabled at the time of saving the bill.
