How to set software will not Allow to Create Duplicate Ledger in Marg Software ?

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. 

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will search 'Duplicate'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Duplicate' window will appear.
• In 'Party Name Duplicate Allowed', option the user will select 'N'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• The user can view 'A2Z Pharmacy' ledger is already created.

• Now when the user will create Ledger with same name software give alert of 'Already Exit'.

After following the above steps, the user can view software will not allow to create Duplicate Ledger in Marg Software.
