In Marg Software, if in Sale bill Document photo ask and the user needs to disable it then it can be disabled easily.

In order to disable Document Photo, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. 

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will search 'Ask Document'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Ask Document' window will appear.
• In 'Ask document Photo on Bill Sale/Pur/Both/Order', option the user will select 'N'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the Document Photo will get disable in Sale Bill in Marg Software.
