•  Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• The user will select 'Search in All' option.

• Then user will search 'Ledger Printing' and click on the ‘Accept’ button.

• In 'Ledger Printing Default Style' option, the user will select the ledger printing style as per the requirement.
• Suppose select 'Head+Narration'.

• Press 'Esc' key.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

In order to print Ledger, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Books > All Ledger.

• The user will select the ledger as per the requirement and press 'Enter' key.
• Suppose select 'Ahuja Medicine Center'.

• Click on 'Ledger' button.

• Press 'Alt+P' key.

• Click on 'Print' button.

• Click on 'Okay' button.

After following the above steps, the user can set the ledger printing style in Marg ERP Software.
