With the help of this option in Marg ERP software, the user can set/change the ledger printing default style as per the requirement.

In order to set/change ledger printing style, the user will follow the below steps:

• A Control Room window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.

• A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search “Ledger Printing”.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A Ledger printing window will appear.

• In 'Ledger Printing Default Style' option, the user will select the ledger printing style as per the requirement.

• Suppose, select "Head+Narration"

• The user will now press Esc key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• In order to print ledger, go to Books > All Ledger.

• A Ledger accounts window will appear.

• The user will select the ledger and press Enter on it.

• Click on 'Ledger' button.

• Selected ledger all the transactions will appear.

• Press 'Alt+P' on it.

• Now, click on 'Print' button.

• Then a printer port window will appear in which the user will select the port then click on 'Okay'.

After following the above steps, the ledger will get printed in the selected style.
