If All Ledgers does not show at the time of creating Single Entry in Marg Software ?

In Marg ERP software, if All ledgers does not show at the time of creating single entry then this issue can be resolved. To resolve this issue, the user will follow the below steps:

  • Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. 

  • A 'Control Room' window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘Search in all’. 

  • A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Single Voucher'.
  • Click on ‘Accept’.

  • A 'Single Voucher' window will appear.
  • In 'Ledger in Single Voucher Entry System' option, the user will select 'Y'.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

  • Then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the All ledger will get displayed at the time of creating a single entry.

Ans.2

1. Firstly, Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

2. A Control Room window will appear. The user will select ‘Search in all’.

3. A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search “Real”.

4. Now click on ‘Accept’.

5. A Real window will appear. In 'Accounts Show 1-All 2-Real Parties (Debitors in Receipt & Creditors in Payment)' option, the user will select '1'.

6. The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

7. Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
