• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Ledger Category'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Ledger Category' window will appear.

• In 'Ledger Category required for discounting' option, the user will select 'Y'.

• Then user will mention the ledger category in the following fields:

• Name of category field 1, suppose mention 'Retailers'.

• Name of category field 2, suppose mention 'Stockist'.

• Name of category field 3, suppose mention 'Distributors'.

• Name of category field 4, suppose mention 'Others'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view the defined ledger category in Marg Software.
