• The user will select the 'Search in All' option.

• Then user will search 'Ledger Category' and click on the ‘Accept’ button.

• In 'Ledger Category required for discounting' option, the user will select 'Y'.
• Then user will mention the ledger category in the following fields.
• Name of category field 1, suppose mention 'Retailers'.
• Name of category field 2, suppose mention 'Stockist'.
• Name of category field 3, suppose mention 'Distributors'.
• Name of category field 4, suppose mention 'Others'.

• Press 'Esc' key.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

After following the above steps, the user can view the defined Ledger Category in Marg ERP Software.
